For us:

Above the ancient state of Oinoi (460 BC) is built the village of Mercouri Argolidos, a blessed place at the foot of Mount Artemisio.
In his virgin land, 5 generations of the Kougia family, starting from the oldest Theodore Kougia (1850) we reach today the youngest Dimitris Kougia and his sons who with passion and love for the olive trees and their fruits, produce olive oil of exceptional quality thus continuing the family tradition. The nutrient-rich subsoil of the place in combination with the non-use of pesticides, as the estates are examined by the institute of control of organic products “cosmocert”, give the olive oil “OINOH” a unique taste and rare aroma, thus making it special.

The most important oil for our diet is olive oil, the so-called “Mediterranean gold” and it was not accidentally given the above name since it is the basis of the famous Mediterranean diet. It offers our body a variety of nutrients, which makes it a useful and necessary component of our diet. It is considered the most digestible oil compared to others in the trade (eg sunflower oil, sesame oil, etc.) and due to its content of vitamins and fatty acids (oleic, linoleic, palmitic) as well as phytosterols, it is given important antioxidant properties. our body to fight free radicals that are harmful.
